Event Host & Planning pricing includes:

  • Personal Client Service Agent to guide you through the process of creating your site and someone you can rely on to answer all your questions
  • Flat per vendor fee - volume dependant pricing
  • Integrate our registration system with your new or existing merchant account to accept on-line payments deposited directly into your account
  • Flat $3.49 per attendee registration processing fee
  • Fixed professional service fees to help you with custom site design - optional
  • On-site support to work with your staff and exhibitors

Exhibitors & Vendor pricing include:

  • Personal Client Service Agent to guide you through using the site and someone you can rely on to answer all your questions
  • Flat $399 yearly service fee includes:
    • extended access to user data beyond the events you attend
    • visibility of your events to event planner for easy integration into future events
  • Fixed professional service fees to help you with custom event design - optional
  • Enhanced on-site support to work with your staff
